Hi and welcome to my web page on Hung Gar, this is a short introduction on what you will find. I have purposely not given you a lot of information about Hung Gar because you will find all that you need on today’s web, I am here to tell you about what it is we do and how we train our Hung Gar!

Our aim is to give as much insight as we can in to understanding the existence of Traditional Gung Fu and why is it so, we are not about trying to rush you through rather we would prefer you take the time needed to understand all Traditional Gung Fu of which Hung Gar is just a small part.
